Friday Night Fun at Kids' Club

Kids' Club is our newest Friday night gathering of kids for fun and fellowship. Children in grades 2-4 meet once each month, usually on the second Friday. Some nights we stay at church and play games or watch a movie; other nights we venture out for bowling, skating, and other fun stuff. At Kids' Club, our younger elementary children learn that church is a fun place to be, and they form friendships that we hope will last into youth group and beyond. Here's the winter schedule for the Kids' Club:

  • Friday, Feb. 8th 7-9 pm Ice Skating at the Cleveland Heights Rec. Ctr.
  • Friday, March 14th 7-9 pm Game Night at the church
  • Vacation Bible School

Vacation Bible School is open to church families, neighborhood children and friend. Registration information will be available in the church office at the beginning of summer.

The Children's Council has scheduled the 2008 Vacation Bible School for August 4-8 under the dynamic leadership of Dyann Whaley and Lauren Bowen. Children who are age 3 by July 1 through those completing 4th grade are eligible to attend VBS which runs Monday through Friday. Each class is scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to noon and features a variety of activities including music, group events, the Bible story of the day, and a snack.

    BedTime BibleTime

Be sure to invite your neighbors and friends for BedTime, BibleTime, our summer family event from 7:00-8:00 p.m. in July.

Enjoy Bible stories, bedtime snacks, songs and visiting with friends on the church lawn. Story times are free and open to the community. What a great way to introduce new people to the church!

    Co-Op Nursery School

Church of the Saviour Co-operative Nursery School (the Co-op) has half-day classes for 3, 4, and 5-year-old children. A professional staff and parents work together to provide a safe and challenging environment, a social experience important to the development of each child, enrichment activities and guidance by warm, caring educators. Early Learning Center

The Early Learning Center is a year-long, five-day-a-week program for preschoolers. The Center also provides before and after school care for elementary-aged children. The purpose of the Center is to provide quality care for children whose parents are working or enrolled in school. The Center's goal is to enhance each child's social, emotional and cognitive development with sensitivity to his/her individual needs as a growing person. The Early Learning Center Board of Trustees is made up of church members, parents and others. For more information, please contact Ellen Stepanian or Betty Holden.
