Heritage Chorale

heritageArts in the Cathedral is pleased to announce that the Heritage Chorale will appear in concert on Sunday February 12 at 3:00 p.m.in the Sanctuary. A free-will offering will be accepted to benefit the Heritage Chorale.

The Heritage Chorale was founded by the late Sylvia L. Perry in 2002. Since that time, the Chorale has followed a mission of bringing sacred music, especially the spiritual and gospel music, to audiences locally and internationally. Over the years, the journey has led the Chorale to local performances in the Cleveland area, throughout the state of Ohio, as well as internationally in Vienna, Austria; Rome, (including St. Peter’s Basilica); Florence, Venice, and Varese, Italy.

Now in its 15th season, the 40 member ensemble represents seven denominations and members bring diverse backgrounds, professions, and experiences as they come together to share their passion and love of music. Their Artistic Director, the Reverend William A. Brewer, brings an outstanding combination of talent and experience to the Chorale including degrees in Musicology, Liturgical Arts and Divinity. He has studied classical piano, voice and conducting and also plays several wind instruments.

Don’t miss this exciting program presented by the Heritage Chorale under the baton of Rev. William Brewer on Sunday, February 12 at 3:00 p.m.
