This Song is not just about a farmer and his crop, this is a song about God and God’s people. We are invited to remember how much God has invested in us, how much God loves us, how much he protects us. Have we returned God’s love? God never gives up on us, God never gave up on the people of Isaiah’s day. The love song is not over yet. No matter who we are, no matter what we’ve done, there is room at the cross for us.
