What is Breathe Respite?
Breathe is an evening of respite for families of children with special needs. Children—those with special needs and their siblings—aged 18 and under are invited to a night of fun
activities just for them. Their parents are invited to take a break and enjoy an evening for themselves while their children are cared for and entertained.

Where is Breathe?
Breathe is held at Church of the Saviour, 2537 Lee Road, Cleveland Heights, OH 44118. The building is fully handicapped-accessible.

When is Breathe?
The next Breathe Respite night will happen on Friday, October 13, 2017, at 6:00-8:30 p.m.

How does Breathe work?
Each child registered for the event will be paired with a trained teen or adult buddy who will accompany him or her throughout the evening to the activities the child wishes to
take part in. Choices will include a movie, a large-motor room with soft balls and other safe equipment, a craft room, a game room, a therapy dog, story time, face painting, and a quiet room.

How will my child be kept safe?
When you register your child, you will have an opportunity to tell us everything we need to know about his or her likes, dislikes, allergies, and other needs. In addition to a
one-on-one buddy system, we will have a security team stationed at every door and a doctor on the premises.
