Faithful | Flawed

David is described in scripture as “a man after God’s own heart.” Much of his life was spent defending God’s people, leading them in the expansion of the kingdom, and being the king who set the standard by which all future kings would be measured. And yet, David gave into temptation and grieved God’s heart. What lessons can we learn from David’s life that help us live into God’s hope for us despite our flaws?
