Reverend Dr. Charles Yoost

Dr. Charles Yoost A graduate of the University of Akron, Dr. Yoost has a master's degree in theology and a Doctor of Ministry degree in Pastoral Care and Counseling from Boston University's School of Theology. From 1974 to 1992, he pastored two congregations in the East Ohio Conference, Northampton and Church Hill, and in 1992 was appointed as District Superintendent of the Mansfield District. He has written on five different occasions for Daily Bible Study, published by Cokesbury. He has also written for Mature Years and the New International Lesson Annual, also published by Cokesbury.

Reverend Erik Marshall

Associate Pastor Erik Marshall Rev. Erik Marshall was commissioned as an elder at the East Ohio Annual Conference on June 14, 2011. Erik comes to us after serving two years at the Mount Tabor United Methodist Church in East Canton, Ohio. Prior to that, he served two years as a student pastor at Paradise Hill UMC while completing his studies at Ashland Theological Seminary. Erik served as pastor of youth and young adults at the Garfield Memorial UMC in Pepper Pike from 2005-2007. He also served as a missionary in Haiti for three years.  Both Erik and his wife, Amanda, are graduates of Bowling Green State University. They are expecting their first child (a boy) in the fall.

Dianne Tobey Covault, M.S., M. Div.

Associate Pastor Dianne Tobey CovaultDianne Tobey Covault graduated from Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary in 2003. During seminary she served as a pastor intern at the Presbyterian Homes Continuing Care Facility in Evanston. When her husband Corbin became a professor of physics at CWRU, they moved to Cleveland, where Dianne served as an intern at Nottingham UMC, then as Youth Ministry Coordinator at Church of the Redeemer.  In 2008 she became Associate Pastor of First United Methodist Church in Elyria.  She and her husband have three daughters.
